Dunsborough Holiday House - "KAYA"
High in the hills with 180 degree vistas over the water of Geographe Bay all the way to the lights of Bunbury, and just a short walk to Central Dunsborough.
The property itself is exceptional, with 2 orchards, extensive uninterrupted bush-lands surrounding the picturesque pool/spa directly overlooking the waters of the Bay.
This property reads more like a resort and has been designed accordingly.
Inside this four bedroom, four bathroom home, the interior is impeccable.
The massive living area is the hub of the home, taking centre stage is the huge three way open fireplace.
Explore the path through the calm and green atrium from the kitchen to the two very private bedrooms in the "guest wing". Each bedroom is extremely spacious, containing its own ensuite bathroom and sink and finished in the same earth tones of the main house. One room has a breakfast table.
The upstairs area which houses the master suite has been designed with the 'log cabin-look'. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom, surrounded by wall to wall windows overlooking the awesome 'ocean and natural bush by day - lights by night' view, this is the perfect location to sit back in the spa sipping champagne and take in the best that nature has to offer.

Dunsborough was judged WA's Top Tourism Town in 1999.
It has the largest accessible dive wreck in the Southern hemisphere. The former HMAS Swan, a 120 metre long decommissioned naval destroyer, was scuttled in December 1997.

Dunsborough is an ideal base for exploring the many wineries of the Margaret River Wine Region which are situated only a few minutes' drive from the town centre.
