Folia is a holiday home with attitude.
Designed to encompass the beauty and relaxation of a Mediterranean setting, the owners of this villa have used simple Greek Island architecture as their main inspiration.
The home has views from every window.
The beautiful bay can be appreciated from the moment you wake up till the moment the Naturaliste lighthouse starts flashing in the evening.
The large deck provides the perfect spot for in-depth relaxation as you share the views with the varied birdlife that calls the native trees and bushes around the house home. "Folia" means nest - and that's what this house will feel like to you - your nest!
A mere five-minute walk from the famous and spectacular EAGLE BAY BEACH, Folia has been featured on the acclaimed television show Postcard because of its originality, simplicity and the aesthetic atmosphere it creates.
Folia has 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms plus a mezzanine area that sleeps three comfortably - three beds/mattresses and three extra mattresses are supplied in case your guests stay on!
There is also a large couch in the living area that easily sleeps another two. The north facing aspect of the house keeps it warm in winter and cool in summer. The potbelly wood fire heats every corner of the house in winter.
Simple, original and stunning!

The South West
The world's largest surviving natural Tuart Forest is found east of the Cape, while to the west there are ancient caves, magnificent beaches and spectacular cliffs.
The unspoilt, beautifully clear waters of Geographe Bay are protected from most prevailing winds, offering more than 30 km of white sandy beaches and bays abounding with bird and marine life.
Bordered by natural bush lands and forests, this provides a natural haven for fishermen, windsurfers, water-skiers, sailors, scuba divers and swimmers.
Further to the south are what are arguably the world's best surfing beaches.
The towns of Busselton and Dunsborough sit on the shores of Geographe Bay, with Yallingup just to the west of the rugged beauty of Cape Naturaliste.
South of Yallingup is Margaret River, popular for its surfing, wines and scenery while right at the bottom tip of the region is spectacular Cape Leeuwin and the town of Augusta.
